Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years as a general manager in upscale or high-volume dining
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience with financial management including P&L oversight
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a general manager in upscale or high-volume dining
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, financial management, and guest satisfaction
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Polished and professional demeanor with a hands-on leadership approach
- A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and performance
- Lead, train, and mentor management and hourly teams to uphold operational and service standards
- Drive financial results through effective P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas of the restaurant
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and improve guest engagement
