Job Duties
- prepare sales-related documents such as proposals contracts or banquet event orders
- promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials
- use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- assist management in developing implementing and executing revenue and marketing programs for outlets and room service
- develop coordinate and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
- enter retrieve reconcile and verify information related to commissions leads and third parties in sales software
- answer guest questions about property facilities services
- serve as point of contact for clients and communicate via phone and email
- coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six or more
- coordinate selling of food and beverage in hospitality suites
- perform general office duties such as filing sending emails typing faxing and copying
- report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
- follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests anticipate and address service needs
- speak clearly and professionally answer telephones with etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- move lift carry push pull and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- stand sit or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as requested
