Job Duties

  • prepare sales-related documents such as proposals contracts or banquet event orders
  • promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • gather materials and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials
  • use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • assist management in developing implementing and executing revenue and marketing programs for outlets and room service
  • develop coordinate and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs
  • enter retrieve reconcile and verify information related to commissions leads and third parties in sales software
  • answer guest questions about property facilities services
  • serve as point of contact for clients and communicate via phone and email
  • coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six or more
  • coordinate selling of food and beverage in hospitality suites
  • perform general office duties such as filing sending emails typing faxing and copying
  • report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
  • follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests anticipate and address service needs
  • speak clearly and professionally answer telephones with etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team goals
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • move lift carry push pull and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested
