Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field (restaurant experience preferred)
- strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in event management software, POS systems, and basic budgeting tools
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

Job Duties
- Create and execute engaging public events that align with the restaurant's brand and business goals
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to design event-specific menus and offerings
- maintain a detailed event calendar and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- assist private event manager with staff assignments and banquet event orders
- serve as the primary point of contact for all public event inquiries
- conduct client meetings and venue tours to understand event needs
- ensure exceptional guest service before, during, and after each event
