Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership with a QSR brand
  • Food safety certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
  • Demonstrated success improving sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
  • Experience developing and executing P&L improvement plans
  • Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Ability to review budget performance and communicate action plans
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Experience partnering with marketing on local initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience within a QSR brand
  • Proven success in improving sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability
  • Food safety certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general restaurant systems
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and identify profitability trends
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing managers
  • Experience in operational audits and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
