As a District Manager at Cafe Zupas, you will work side by side with restaurant leaders in your designated area, spending 2 to 3 days at a time in various locations to provide leadership direction and feedback. This role supports restaurant leaders in meeting their sales, labor, and food cost targets while actively cultivating a culture of positivity and gratitude. District Managers play a pivotal role in building a bench of future leaders, collaborating with Talent Mentors to maintain proper staffing, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position demands someone with 2 to 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, strong mentoring and leadership skills, and a proven record of developing people and growing sales within a multi-unit restaurant environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is enthusiastic and adaptable to new processes, and values teamwork above all else.
