As a District Manager at Cafe9 Zupas, you will hold a critical leadership role with responsibility over multiple restaurant locations. You will work closely alongside restaurant leaders to provide direction, support, and feedback aimed at meeting operational targets for sales, labor, and food cost. Your commitment to building strong leadership teams and cultivating an encouraging workplace culture will be essential to the ongoing success and expansion of the brand. With over 85 locations across 8 states and plans for continual growth, Cafe9 Zupas offers a dynamic and supportive environment where career advancement and professional development are prioritized. This position offers a set five-day schedule with two days off weekly, including Sunday and holiday closures, along with competitive pay and an appealing benefits package that includes 401K and paid time off. Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Available to work a five-day set schedule
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven

Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area

- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels
