As a District Manager at Cafe9 Zupas, you will hold a critical leadership role with responsibility over multiple restaurant locations. You will work closely alongside restaurant leaders to provide direction, support, and feedback aimed at meeting operational targets for sales, labor, and food cost. Your commitment to building strong leadership teams and cultivating an encouraging workplace culture will be essential to the ongoing success and expansion of the brand. In this role, you will spend multiple days onsite at various restaurant locations within your assigned area, engaging hands-on with the leadership teams to drive strong operational performance.
