Job Description

Caf Zupas is a dynamic and growing restaurant brand specializing in house-made and globally inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Founded in 2004, Caf Zupas prides itself on using real, whole foods prepared fresh daily in their next-generation kitchens. With over 85 kitchens across eight states and continual expansion into new communities, the company fosters a strong culture rooted in quality, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to nourishing the good life both for their guests and their team members. Their business philosophy centers around making decisions that serve the best interests of their employees and customers, ensuring a work environment filled with positivity, gratitude, and respect.

As a District Manager at Caf Zupas, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading several restaurant locations within your assigned area. This position is designed for an experienced multi-unit leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaborative teamwork above all else. You will work closely alongside restaurant leaders, spending 2-3 days at a time at individual locations to provide hands-on leadership direction, coaching, and feedback. Your mandate includes supporting restaurant managers in achieving sales goals, managing labor costs, and optimizing food cost efficiencies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

This role goes beyond operational management; it is about mentorship and leadership development. District Managers help build a strong pipeline of future leaders by actively working with Talent Mentors to maintain proper staffing levels and ensure team member growth and satisfaction. With Caf Zupas' emphasis on continuous learning and career development, you will have access to ongoing training and a clearly outlined career path that encourages your personal and professional growth.

Working at Caf Zupas offers a range of benefits designed to support work-life balance and employee well-being. The company operates with a set schedule that provides two days off weekly and is closed on Sundays and holidays, offering a predictable work week. Additionally, benefit packages include 401K plans, paid time off, free meals, and participation in an annual international incentive trip, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding and recognizing employee contributions.

If you are an enthusiastic, driven leader with 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, strong mentoring skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, this opportunity with Caf Zupas is an excellent fit. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to evolving processes and systems and will enjoy fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within a modern, energetic restaurant environment. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to join a company that continues to challenge the norm in the restaurant industry while maintaining a fun and inclusive culture where team members feel valued and energized.

Join Caf Zupas and become a vital part of their adventure as they grow their presence and continue to nourish communities with quality food and outstanding service. Caf Zupas is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All job offers may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of employment references.
