Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants providing direction and feedback for leadership team
- Support restaurant leaders in hitting sales, labor and food cost targets
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels
- Mentor and develop multi-unit leadership team
