The District Manager role at Cafe Zupas offers a unique leadership opportunity for dynamic, driven individuals ready to make a meaningful impact. As a District Manager, you will work directly alongside restaurant leaders in your assigned district, spending most of your time on-site to provide coaching, guidance, and support tailored to hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets. This role is about fostering a positive and energetic culture, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. You will collaborate with Talent Mentors to maintain optimal staffing levels, helping Cafe Zupas continue to thrive as a workplace where team members feel valued and guests experience outstanding service.

Job Duties

  • work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
  • spend 2-3 days at a time in each restaurant providing direction and feedback to leadership team
