Job Requirements
- must be eighteen years of age or older
- work primarily indoors (90%) and occasionally outdoors (10%)
- frequent exposure to hot and humid conditions
- occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds
- comfortable with bending or stooping
- reliable transportation preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen work is an asset
- knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- able to follow instructions accurately
- basic physical fitness for handling kitchen duties
Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers and by hand
- ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and organization
- maintain dishwashing station and equipment in clean and safe condition
- dispose of trash and recyclables according to sanitation guidelines
- restock clean dishes and utensils as needed
- comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
