Job Duties
- assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of restaurant interior and exterior
- wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment
- maintain the dishwashing machine
- ensure the dishwashing area is clean and sanitary
- lift and carry dish racks and trashcans
- communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
- stand and maintain fast-paced workload for periods up to four hours
