We are currently seeking a motivated and driven National Director of Sales to join our Miami team. This director role is integral to driving revenue growth and expanding our client footprint within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise with a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for relationship-building. The Director of Sales will spearhead efforts in promoting customized janitorial solutions that align with the specific operational requirements of each client. This role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and strategic selling, requiring a balance of client interaction, business development, and partnership with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Duties

  • Identify, research, and target prospective clients within the hospitality sector
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and follow-ups
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and recommend solutions
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to improve service quality
  • Present and promote services aligned with client goals and industry standards
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
