The role of a Delivery Driver at Tossitup, Inc presents a unique opportunity to earn a competitive wage of over $20 per hour through a combination of tips, a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and an hourly wage. This position offers flexible scheduling options, ranging from short shifts like 11 am to 2 pm to longer shifts that cover lunch and dinner service periods, making it ideal for a variety of personal schedules. Delivery Drivers are vital frontline employees responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. They achieve this goal by learning the most efficient delivery routes, double-checking orders for accuracy, and maintaining a safe and courteous driving standard. When not out on deliveries, drivers support in-store operations such as preparing sandwiches, taking orders, and assisting with cleaning duties, and are compensated for this time, with eligibility for an in-shop tipping pool.
