Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (19 or older in certain states)
- valid driver's license or government-issued ID
- social security number (US only)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- ability to safely operate a car, scooter, or bicycle
- eligibility to work in the US
- ability to pass background check and identity verification
- willingness to follow traffic and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- possession of a valid driver's license or valid identification
- access to a vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- reliable access to a smartphone capable of running the DoorDash Dasher app
- ability to pass background check and complete identity verification
- familiarity with local routes and delivery areas
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or merchants
- deliver food, groceries, and retail products to customers promptly
- use the DoorDash app to accept delivery requests and navigate routes
- maintain communication with customers when necessary
- manage your own schedule and deliveries
- provide excellent customer service
- handle deliveries safely and follow traffic regulations
