As a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the restaurant while wearing many hats, including the iconic Raising Cane's hat. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with or without prior restaurant experience, as full paid training is provided to support your growth within the company. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour within your first year through further training, certifications, and performance evaluations. This role involves working various shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between, making it a flexible option for many schedules.

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Provide quick and friendly service to all customers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
  • Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • Ability to multitask
