Crewmembers are expected to communicate effectively, work hard, maintain a courteous and upbeat demeanor, and take genuine pride in their contributions. The restaurant environment is fast-paced and requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, which helps build resilience and teamwork skills. Employees are essential in ensuring safety standards in food handling and customer interaction are met, creating a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all customers.
