This job posting is for the position of Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, an entry-level role offering a starting pay of $12.00 per hour. The role involves working various shifts including opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between, providing flexibility for team members. The Restaurant Crewmember position is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as team members perform a variety of tasks that ensure customers receive quick, friendly, and efficient service.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication skills, reliability, and pride in delivering quality work. No prior restaurant experience is required, as Raising Cane's offers paid training for all new crewmembers, preparing them thoroughly to succeed and grow their career within the company. Additionally, new team members have opportunities to earn performance-based pay increases of up to $1.50 per hour within their first year through training, certifications, and evaluations.
As part of the team, crewmembers will wear many hats, including roles such as customer service associate, cashier, server, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, and more. This hands-on experience enables individuals to develop versatile skill sets valuable in food service and customer relations. Job Duties
