The role of a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's is integral to delivering a superior dining experience to customers. As a Restaurant Crewmember, individuals will wear many hats and take on various responsibilities including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness of the restaurant. The company hires Crewmembers to work all shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between. This position is entry-level, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with no prior restaurant experience as comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure success in the role.

Raising Cane's offers competitive starting pay beginning at $20.00 per hour with additional earning potential within the first year through pay increases tied to training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
  • strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • ascend or descend stairs
  • reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • provide excellent verbal and written communication
  • show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
  • take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
  • follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • multitask effectively
