We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Closing Crewmembers to join our team and work late-night shifts. This role is critical to ensuring that our restaurant closes smoothly each night, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency. As a Closing Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you will wear many hats, including assisting with customer orders, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Whether you have prior experience in customer service, retail, food preparation, or any service-oriented role, we welcome you to apply. This position is entry-level, so no previous restaurant experience is necessary. Raising Cane's provides comprehensive paid training to help new team members develop the skills they need to succeed and grow within the company.

Starting pay for this role is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase pay through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Within the first year, crewmembers can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour. Additionally, those working late-night shifts benefit from an extra $1.00 per hour after 10 pm, rewarding you for your commitment and hard work during less traditional hours.
