We are currently hiring energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Crewmembers to join our dynamic team. The position is entry-level, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the restaurant and hospitality industry without requiring prior experience. Starting pay for this role is $15.00 per hour, and positions are available for all shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between. New hires will receive paid training to ensure they are well-prepared to perform their duties successfully and grow within the company. As a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks from customer service to food preparation, creating a fun and efficient workplace. The role involves wearing many hats, essentially contributing to many facets of restaurant operations such as order taking, cash handling, cleaning, food prep, and drive-thru service. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
  • Work together as a team, assisting other crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
  • Work under pressure and at a fast pace

Job Qualifications

  • No prior restaurant experience required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and courteous attitude
  • Dependable and responsible work ethic

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
  • Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • Ability to multitask
