The starting pay for this position is $12.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour within the first year based on training, certifications, and performance. As a Restaurant Crewmember, individuals will perform a variety of roles including taking orders, preparing food, providing friendly customer service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. The work schedule is flexible, with openings on multiple shifts including opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in-between, catering to different availability needs. The position involves both intellectual and physical demands including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, multitasking, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • ascend or descend stairs
  • reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
  • show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
  • take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
  • follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
