We are currently seeking to hire immediately for the position of Restaurant Crew Member. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of Five Guys, including exceptional guest service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The Crew Member serves as a frontline representative, ensuring every guest receives friendly and efficient service. No previous food handling experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. This position involves working varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, offering flexibility that can accommodate different schedules. New hires will initially work around 30 hours per week, with opportunities to increase up to 40 hours after training. The work also includes performing tasks such as taking orders, preparing and cooking food, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, following brand standards, and practicing food safety procedures.
