The Team Member role at Wonder plays an integral part in bringing menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, creating inviting and positive experiences for every guest. Team Members can also earn additional income through roles such as Certified Team Member and Trainer, which offer hourly bonuses for eligible employees. The position is based in Framingham and offers the flexibility of both full-time and part-time shifts. In this role, Team Members master multiple kitchen roles while ensuring all food safety standards and sanitation practices are followed meticulously. They prepare menu items to Wonder’s high standards, manage inventory and accuracy for all orders, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Additionally, they contribute to exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders and payments, supporting meal-kit and delivery operations, and participating in local marketing efforts.
