The role at Wonder is for a Team Member located at the Indian Orchard site, available on both full-time and part-time bases. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium automatically applied for overnight shifts between midnight and 5:00 AM. Employees also have opportunities to increase earnings by becoming Certified Team Members or Trainers, which come with extra pay incentives of $0.50 and $1.50 per hour, respectively.
