This is a full-time or part-time position located in York, with a base pay rate of $15.00 per hour, plus an overnight shift premium of an extra $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 a.m. Additional earning potential is available with roles such as Certified Team Member (+$0.50/hr) and Trainer (+$1.50/hr).

As a Team Member, your daily duties will be varied and engaging, encompassing food preparation, hospitality, and maintaining an immaculate restaurant environment. You’ll prepare menu items to Wonder’s high standards, follow stringent food safety and sanitation protocols including HACCP guidelines, and ensure order accuracy. Hospitality duties involve warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders and payments, and promoting Wonder’s culinary concepts and app features. You will also support marketing efforts through local engagement activities.

Maintaining cleanliness is paramount; you’ll manage sanitation across kitchen and dining spaces, clean and restock supplies regularly, and properly handle waste and recycling. Team Members are also essential in fostering a positive team atmosphere, providing mutual support, and working enthusiastically to deliver excellent service. Wonder values candidates who demonstrate at least six months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer service role, possess attention to detail, effective organizational and communication skills, and foundational knowledge of food safety. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for a full shift, have weekend availability, and obtain food handler certification if required.
