The Team Member role at Wonder is suited for individuals passionate about creating exceptional food experiences while providing outstanding hospitality. Team Members are integral to bringing World-class menus crafted by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, all while crafting a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. Open to both full-time and part-time candidates, this position offers a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour, with an overnight shift premium of an additional $2 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 am. Additional earning opportunities include certified team member and trainer roles, which come with incremental pay raises. The role involves preparing menu items to Wonder's high standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations, and strictly adhering to food safety protocols like HACCP. Team Members are also responsible for inventory management, portion accuracy, and order verification to ensure quality delivery.

Hospitality is at the core of the position, with duties extending to greeting guests warmly, assisting with order placement, pickups, payments, and support for the Wonder app. Employees participate in light local marketing activities to engage the community and elevate brand awareness. Maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and sanitation levels is crucial, as is managing cookware and equipment restocking, waste disposal, and timely reporting of any issues. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the us

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
  • ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
  • team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized
  • follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage
  • manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, and ensure every order is correct before it goes out
  • greet guests warmly and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app
  • share knowledge about our concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure dispatch accuracy
  • participate in light local marketing activities such as flyers and street engagement
  • maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas
  • wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
  • manage trash and recycling properly and report equipment issues promptly
  • support teammates, jump in where needed, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment
  • perform additional duties as assigned
