Currently, Wonder is seeking dedicated Team Members to join their vibrant team. This role plays a critical part in bringing Michelin-starred and celebrity chef menus to life, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall dining experience. Whether you are aiming to develop a career in the culinary or hospitality fields or seeking flexible employment, Wonder offers full-time and part-time positions with an attractive starting pay of $17.50 per hour. There is an overnight shift premium of $2.00 per hour for any hours worked between midnight and 5:00 AM, further rewarding employees dedicated to off-peak hours. Additionally, high-performing team members have opportunities to earn bonuses as Certified Team Members or Trainers, receiving increased hourly rates for their expertise and leadership.

The Team Member role requires versatility, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic. Responsibilities are diverse, including preparing menu items to Wonder's exacting standards, maintaining clean and organized stations, ensuring food safety compliance, accurately managing inventory, and ensuring each order is perfect before it leaves the kitchen. Beyond the culinary aspects, Team Members engage in hospitality duties such as greeting guests warmly, assisting with ordering and payments, supporting meal-kit and delivery operations, and even participating in light local marketing initiatives. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of both kitchen and dining areas is vital to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
