The Team Member role at Wonder is central to delivering an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience. Team Members have the opportunity to earn competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, with an overnight shift premium of $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 AM. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, providing flexibility to fit diverse schedules. Employees can also benefit from roles such as Certified Team Member and Trainer, which come with additional pay incentives.

In this multifaceted role, Team Members will prepare menu items to Wonder's exacting standards, ensuring cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and adherence to food safety regulations including HACCP guidelines. Hospitality is a vital component, as members warmly greet guests, assist with order processing, manage payments both at the point of sale and through the Wonder app, and support meal-kit and delivery operations. Team Members also engage in local marketing efforts to promote the Wonder brand. The role requires a proactive attitude toward maintaining a sanitary and inviting environment, including cleaning, restocking, and proper waste management.
