Job Description

Wonder is a dynamic mealtime platform committed to making world-class food accessible to everyone. Operating as a unique restaurant collective, Wonder houses over 20 exclusive restaurants offering a diverse menu where customers can mix and match dishes from different cuisines in a single order without any delivery fees. Located in Tyngsborough, Wonder serves customers both through dine-in and pickup options, delivering each meal freshly made on-site by a dedicated culinary team. The company manages every aspect of the dining experience, from recipe development to the cutting-edge technology that powers the ordering system, ensuring consistency, quality, and variety at scale.

As a Team Member at Wonder, you play an essential role in transforming Michelin-starred and celebrity chef menus into delightful experiences for every guest. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour and an overnight shift premium of $2.00 per hour for work done between midnight and 5 AM. Additionally, team members can increase their earnings by qualifying as Certified Team Members or Trainers, eligible for extra hourly pay. Working at Wonder means becoming part of a fast-growing, stable company that provides numerous opportunities for career advancement, including moving into Trainer and Supervisor roles.

Your primary responsibilities include preparing menu items to Wonder's exacting standards while maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and organization of workstations. Adherence to strict food safety regulations such as HACCP guidelines is crucial to ensure proper storage and temperature control. You will also manage inventory scans, ensure order accuracy, and provide exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests and assisting with orders, payments, and the Wonder app. Beyond these tasks, you support local marketing initiatives and ensure that the restaurant environment remains pristine through rigorous cleaning and equipment maintenance routines.

The role demands a team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a high-energy environment with strong communication skills and excellent organization. Wonder emphasizes a culture of positivity and mutual support, investing heavily in team development to build the best workforce possible. Employees are rewarded with multiple benefits, including free meals during shifts, employee discounts, holiday pay at 1.5x the regular rate, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 100% employer-paid life insurance policy, a 401(k) retirement plan, employer health savings account (HSA) matching, and employee stock options.

Wonder is also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, using an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) as part of its fair hiring process. The company strictly adheres to non-discrimination policies and participates in the federal E-Verify program to validate employment eligibility. Joining Wonder means joining a forward-thinking company that values potential, champions inclusivity, and works relentlessly to create the best possible dining experience for both guests and team members.
