Wonder is a dynamic and innovative mealtime platform dedicated to making world-class food accessible to everyone. It offers an exceptional dining experience by allowing customers to mix and match hundreds of dishes from over 20 exclusive restaurants in a single order, catering to diverse cravings within one seamless transaction. Whether craving tacos, Thai, or other global cuisines, customers benefit from zero delivery fees, dine-in options, and pickups at convenient Wonder locations. Every dish at Wonder is freshly made on-site by a talented culinary team, ensuring that meals are served hot and crafted with care. The company operates with full control over the entire dining experience, encompassing recipe development, kitchen operations, and the sophisticated technology powering the platform. This approach guarantees quality, variety, and consistency at scale, setting Wonder apart in the food service industry.

Wonder is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Team Members to join their Fort Lee location. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in a fast-paced, engaging environment where opportunities for growth and skill development abound. Team Members play a crucial role in bringing menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, all the while creating a welcoming and positive experience for each guest. Positions are available both full-time and part-time, with pay starting at $17.50 per hour. Overnight shifts carry an additional premium of $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5:00 AM. Team Members can also earn additional pay in roles such as Certified Team Member ($0.50 extra per hour) and Trainer ($1.50 extra per hour), reflecting Wonder's commitment to rewarding dedication and expertise.

Working at Wonder means more than just a job — it means joining a fast-growing, stable company that invests in its people. Benefits include free meals during shifts, employee discounts, 1.5 times pay on company holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully employer-paid life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, employer-matched Health Savings Account contributions, employee stock options, and real prospects for career advancement into Trainer and Supervisor roles. Team Members thrive in a positive, high-energy environment where collaboration and mutual support are valued, and leadership prioritizes employee development.

The role of a Team Member at Wonder is multifaceted, with daily tasks that include preparing menu items to exacting standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Team Members adhere strictly to HACCP and all food safety guidelines, ensuring every meal meets the highest sanitary standards. They manage inventory scans, portion packing, and order accuracy, ensuring customers receive flawless service with every order. Beyond food preparation, Team Members deliver exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, pickups, and payments, and providing knowledgeable support about Wonder’s unique dining concepts. They also contribute to light local marketing initiatives to promote the brand within the community.

Maintaining an impeccable restaurant environment is another key responsibility. Team Members ensure top-tier sanitation in all kitchen and dining areas, clean and restock cookware and equipment efficiently, and handle trash and recycling with care while promptly reporting any equipment issues. Being an effective Team Member also means supporting colleagues, stepping in wherever needed, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is perfect for those who desire variety, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to make a tangible impact through their dedication and teamwork.
