The role of Team Member at Wonder is essential to fulfilling the company’s mission of making gourmet dining accessible to everyone. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities at a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Additionally, overnight shifts between midnight and 5 a.m. are compensated with a $2.00 per hour premium, reflecting the company’s recognition and reward for flex work hours. Team Members have the chance to earn additional income through certifications such as Certified Team Member status and the Trainer role, which provide extra hourly pay bonuses.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will contribute to creating delicious menu items while maintaining clean, stocked, and organized food preparation stations. You will adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety protocols, ensuring that all prepared food is safe for consumption and that inventory management and order accuracy meet Wonder’s high standards. Your contribution extends beyond food preparation to delivering exemplary hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with their orders, payments, and app navigation, as well as supporting marketing outreach and meal-kit operations.
