Team Members are expected to uphold Wonder's high standards in food safety, sanitation, and preparation, managing inventory accurately while guaranteeing every order is complete and perfect before it reaches the customer. Hospitality skills are also emphasized, as team members greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and usage of the Wonder app, in addition to supporting meal-kit and delivery operations.
