The Team Member role at Wonder is designed for individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and teamwork. In this full-time or part-time position based in Lancaster, team members contribute to an exceptional guest experience by preparing menu items to exacting standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene, managing inventory and order accuracy, and providing warm, knowledgeable customer service. The role offers a base pay rate of $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts from midnight to 5 a.m. Team members also have the opportunity to earn bonuses through certification and trainer roles.

Responsibilities include mastering multiple stations in the kitchen, maintaining rigorous sanitation and cleanliness standards, engaging with guests and supporting meal-kit and delivery operations, and participating in localized marketing efforts. The role demands speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused setting. New team members receive support and training to develop their skills and grow into roles such as Certified Team Member, Trainer, or Supervisor.
