We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic crew at Wonder. Whether you are pursuing a full-time or part-time position, this role offers flexibility, competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, with an overnight shift premium of $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 AM. Additional earning opportunities are available for Certified Team Members and Trainers, offering pay increases of $0.50 and $1.50 per hour respectively. As a Team Member, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality food according to Wonder's exacting standards and hospitality guidelines. Your responsibilities will extend beyond food preparation to include maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, supporting the meal-kit and delivery operations, and participating in community engagement efforts such as light marketing activities.
