The Team Member role at Wonder plays a critical part in bringing the company’s unique culinary vision to life. This position involves preparing menu items to Wonder’s high standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Candidates are expected to uphold rigorous food safety practices, including HACCP compliance, accurate inventory management, and order verification to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Beyond food preparation, Team Members contribute to customer relations by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, payments, and navigating the Wonder app. They also engage in light marketing activities to support local outreach efforts.

The compensation package starts at $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for overnight shifts worked between midnight and 5:00 AM.
