The Team Member role at Wonder is essential for delivering this exceptional experience to guests. As a Team Member, you will help bring menus created by Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, guaranteeing that every dish meets Wonder’s high standards. Working full-time or part-time, employees receive a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with an additional $2.00 hourly premium for overnight shifts from midnight to 5 a.m., reflecting Wonder’s appreciation for the dedication of its staff. Moreover, certified Team Members and Trainers can earn additional hourly bonuses, recognizing their skill and commitment.

The responsibilities of the Team Member include preparing menu items to Wonder’s standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization, adhering rigorously to HACCP and food safety guidelines, managing inventory accurately, and ensuring all orders are correct and timely. Beyond food preparation, Team Members provide outstanding hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders and payments, supporting meal kit and delivery operations, and participating in local marketing efforts to enhance the brand’s community presence. Maintaining high sanitation standards across kitchen and dining areas, managing waste and equipment, and working collaboratively with teammates in a positive, energized setting round out the duties.
