At Wonder, the role of Team Member is vital to the guest experience. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and offers a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with additional premiums of $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Furthermore, employees have opportunities to earn more through Certified Team Member status, which adds an extra $0.50 per hour, or as a Trainer, which adds $1.50 per hour. This tiered pay structure encourages growth and recognizes dedication and skill development.

The Team Member role entails preparing menu items to Wonder’s high standards while keeping workstations clean, stocked, and organized. Adherence to HACCP and all food safety guidelines, including temperature controls and proper storage, is critical. Team Members manage inventory scans, pack portions accurately, and ensure the correctness of every order before it goes out to customers.

Beyond food preparation, Team Members deliver incredible hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders, pickups, payments, and using the Wonder app. They share knowledge about Wonder's unique dining concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and participate in light marketing activities such as flyer distribution and street engagement. Maintaining top-tier sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas is also essential, along with washing, cleaning, and restocking cookware and utensils throughout shifts.
