Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fast-food or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local labor laws
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the job
- Willingness to work under fast-paced and sometimes noisy conditions
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and a great attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use a headset for order taking and communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and standing for long periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Utilizing knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's policies and procedures
- Providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer
- Taking orders accurately using a headset and ensuring timely service
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members
- Handling cash and payment transactions accurately
- Adhering to scheduling requirements and demonstrating flexibility in shift availability
