The Team Member role at Wonder is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in joining a fast-paced, energetic, and fun work environment where they can develop their skills and progress their careers. Available as both full-time and part-time positions in Leesburg, this role offers a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour, with an overnight shift premium of an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 5 a.m. Employees have opportunities to increase their earnings through certifications and training positions.

This role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including preparing menu items to exacting standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas, managing inventory accurately, and delivering friendly and efficient customer service. Team Members play a vital role in hospitality by greeting guests warmly, assisting with orders and payments, supporting meal kit and delivery functions, and participating in community marketing efforts.
