This position is available both full-time and part-time with a starting pay rate of $17.50 per hour. Overnight shifts enjoy an additional premium of $2.00 per hour for all hours worked between midnight and 5:00 AM. Furthermore, there are opportunities to increase earnings through advancement incentives like Certified Team Member pay increases and Trainer role bonuses.

Key responsibilities for the Team Member role revolve around preparing menu items to Wonder’s high standards, managing inventory, packing accurate portions, and ensuring each order is accurately completed. Food safety adherence, including the HACCP guidelines around proper temperatures and storage, is critically important. Beyond the kitchen, Team Members deliver outstanding hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders and payments, and providing knowledgeable support about the Wonder app and meal kit operations.

Maintaining an impeccable restaurant environment is also essential. Team Members keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized, wash and restock cookware and utensils, handle trash and recycling, and report any equipment malfunctions promptly. A positive and supportive team environment is encouraged, with Team Members often stepping up to assist colleagues where needed and participating in light local marketing activities such as flyer distribution or street engagement.
