The Team Member role calls for versatility and skill mastery across multiple responsibilities, ranging from preparing menu items to Wonder’s exacting standards, to delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining a pristine restaurant environment. You will master food preparation techniques while adhering strictly to HACCP and other food safety protocols, ensuring all meals are prepared, stored, and served safely and accurately. Moreover, you will have a dynamic customer-facing function, welcoming guests warmly, assisting with orders, payments, and app navigation, and promoting the brand’s innovative culinary concepts. This role also involves supporting meal-kit and delivery operations and participating in light marketing activities like street engagement.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas is another pivotal duty, including washing, cleaning, and restocking cookware and kitchen equipment, managing waste properly, and promptly reporting any equipment issues.
