The Team Member role at Wonder is pivotal to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional food and hospitality. This position involves working either full-time or part-time with a pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour and additional premium pay for overnight shifts from midnight to 5:00 AM. Team Members will be responsible for preparing menu items to Wonder’s high standards while maintaining cleanliness and organization in their workstations. They will also follow strict food safety and HACCP standards to ensure the highest level of food quality and safety. Beyond food preparation, Team Members play a key role in hospitality by warmly greeting guests, assisting with orders and payments, and supporting meal-kit and delivery operations while ensuring dispatch accuracy. Additional responsibilities include light marketing activities such as flyer distribution and street engagement to help grow community awareness.

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant is another critical part of the role. Team Members will wash and restock cookware, manage waste disposal, and promptly report any equipment issues to keep the environment safe and efficient.
