Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that is part of the Jack in the Box brand, but importantly, it is owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc. itself. This means that the independent franchisee is the direct employer for the position and is responsible for all employment-related matters, including setting job requirements, hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work in the local area
- Must comply with all franchisee policies and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or restaurant service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
