This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a restaurant under the Jack in the Box brand. Although the restaurant carries the Jack in the Box name, please note that the employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, not with Jack in the Box Inc. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters such as setting job requirements, making hiring and firing decisions, managing discipline, wage settings, oversight of staff, and scheduling.
