Job Requirements

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment
Ability to prepare and present food items properly
Knowledge of health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling
Willingness to promote the loyalty program
Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
Capability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties

Provide prompt and courteous food service to customers
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the food preparation and service areas
Ensure food products are prepared, presented, and fresh according to quality standards
Follow proper health code and safety guidelines
Promote company’s loyalty rewards program and assist customers with inquiries
Perform tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
