Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, foodservice, or cashiering helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous food service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Follow proper health code guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform suggestive selling
- Promote the 7-Eleven brand and loyalty rewards program
- Perform tasks requiring repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
