Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow health code and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous food service to guests
- Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling and transaction processing
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards ensuring the store is always customer ready
- Prepare, present, and ensure freshness of all foodservice products according to health code guidelines
- Use suggestive selling techniques to promote loyalty rewards programs
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver excellent customer service
