Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is beneficial but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Capable of multitasking and performing physical duties associated with the role
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous food service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Follow proper health code guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and implement suggestive selling techniques
- Promote the 7-Eleven brand and loyalty rewards program as a brand ambassador
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
