Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership and train restaurant employees
- Capacity to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Physical ability to perform tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
- Effective customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred, though candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered
- Strong communication and training skills

Job Duties
