Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience helpful but not required
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic cash handling proficiency
Willingness to promote and represent the 7-Eleven brand and customer loyalty programs

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to guests
Handle cashier duties and manage transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a customer-ready environment
Prepare and present foodservice products following proper health code guidelines
Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote products and loyalty rewards program
Assist in stocking and organizing inventory as needed
Perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
